Great office and great staff! Andrea was so friendly and helpful, and she made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Everyone was welcoming, and the optometrist was very thorough. Definitely recommend!

This practice is a refreshing change of pace. I went in for an eye exam and new glasses and every person I interacted with was helpful and friendly. I never felt rushed and I was given time to ask questions and address any concerns I had. A special thank you to Jenni who helped me find the right frames and made sure I stayed within my budget. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vision provider.

I’ve been a customer here for over 4 years. I’m verrrry fussy about my progressives. Previous shops required multiple attempts to get my lenses right. Envision is head and shoulders above other shops, and the new location is great.

I. love. it. here. I went in just for a routine eye exam, and I felt so taken care of the entire time. I didn’t know eye exams could be fun..they are definitely fun here. I constantly search for places that put my nervous system at ease, and both the environment and the entire staff did just that for me. I met Christine first, then ai worked with Dr. Flores and Andrea—each of them were a perfect mix of professionalism and goofiness. Go check this place out for yourself ☺️.

Dr. Flores was very informative and knowledgeable of the preventative measures we can take to preserve our eye health which I find is imperative to wholesome patient care. River was wonderful assisting me with my new eye ware and was honest when it came to choosing what was best for me. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I’ve never had such a thorough eye exam, Dr. Jay spent a lot of time answering my questions and made me feel comfortable with my eye care moving forward. Jenny helped me pick out my new glasses and was super helpful and kind. She helped me pick a pair in my budget and covered by insurance, which is super important! This office will make you feel welcomed and give you great care, I am so happy I found them!

They were able to get me in quickly and the Dr was very thorough. He talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my drops to kick in. I also checked out their glasses selection and the woman was very helpful in finding a pair that fits my face. Overall I was really pleased with this visit and will definitely go back.

We were recently traveling through Asheville and I needed to find someone to repair my sunglasses. I found Envision and was treated like a long time customer when I stopped in to see if they could repair them. They happily did it on the spot and saved me from having to buy new lenses and frames.
