Appointment Policy

We’ve refreshed how we confirm and keep booked appointments — to make sure every patient who schedules with us gets to be seen and that everyone’s time is respected.

CONFIRMATIONS:

You’ll receive reminder texts and emails leading up to your visit. Please confirm through any of those methods, or give us a call. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume the time no longer works and release your spot to another patient 24 hours before your visit.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:

We ask for at least 24 hours notice. Changes made within that window incur a $60 fee.

NO SHOWS:

Missing an appointment without notice incurs a $100 fee.

RUNNING LATE:

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you to stay on time for the patients after you.

CARD ON FILE:

We keep a card securely on file for established patients, charged only according to the policies in this notice.

INSURANCE CHARGE BACKS:

To simplify billing, any insurance charge-backs of $50 or less will be automatically charged to your card on file.
