Asheville’s Small Business Leadership Award 2012
Dr. Larry Golson of Envision Eyecare received the Small Business Leader of the Year in the category of 15 or less employees. The Small Business Leader of the Year Awards (sponsored by HomeTrust Bank) are presented each year to two individuals who reflect quality and dedication in their business operations and who have exhibited leadership accomplishments in the areas of innovation, initiative and civic responsiveness. Dr. Golson is noted as a thoughtful and innovative leader who has created an inviting and engaging medical office with a dedication to top-level service.
40 Under 40 Award in Asheville
The Biltmore Beacon, the weekly community newspaper serving the the Biltmore communities of Asheville, in cooperation with the Young Professionals of the Asheville Chamber of Commerce each year proudly host its annual 40 Under Forty Leadership Awards Banquet in September. The event is black tie optional. The 40 honorees are selected for the award based on their business success and their achievements as an active member of the community.
Best of 2011-2019!
Each year, Mountain Express hosts a community-wide contest where residents vote for the ‘BEST OF’ businesses in all of Western North Carolina. Eyecare became a new category in the year 2011 and it was the first year Envision Eyecare won their place in the hearts of the locals in Asheville, NC. Since then, Envision Eyecare has won in this category each year and going strong to reclaim their title of “Best of Eyecare” of 2014. The ballots will be counted and it’s looking good!
